Jordan entered the field of ABA after working in day programs and group homes. Jordan learned the field with ease and is a jack of all trades in the clinic. Jordan maintains our staff reinforcement system, tracks all our staff's supervision hours and ensures the clinic has plenty of independent work activities. Jordan steps in when any RBT needs her and is always there to lend a helping hand. Jordan trains all of our staff who are coming from other clinics as RBTs. Jordan ensures that our incoming RBTs have the standard of training that FABS requires.
