Sydney began at FABS in 2019 having never worked in the field of ABA, but already knowing she would love it and pursuing higher education in the field. Sydney learned the science of ABA quickly and assimilated into the management staff seamlessly. When another behavior analyst went on maternity leave, Sydney (under the supervision of Olivia and Carly) began supporting the behavior analyst's clients and staff. She found her footing quickly and hasn't looked back. Sydney effortlessly supports all of our staff with data collection and maintaining their certifications. Sydney is diligent about making sure all our staff meet their supervision requirements each month. Sydney is tireless in her pursuits of making the lives of her client's better each day!
