Meet Olivia
Assistant Clinical Director, BCBA
Olivia initially wanted to become an Occupational Therapist, but while in college her cousin encouraged her to become a registered behavior technician (RBT) and she quickly realized she wanted to pursue ABA as her career. Olivia completed her bachelor's while working as an RBT and immediately began her coursework to become a BCBA. Olivia began working at a clinic with Carly and they were able to transition to another clinic together around the same time. Along with Carly, Olivia recognized the quality of the group of people they were working with and started to begin the dream of Franklin Applied Behavior Services. Olivia was the first person to open Franklin Applied Behavior Services in July of 2019. Olivia has worked tirelessly since to ensure that FABS is as amazing as she is!
